I had to stop using the 100-cd changer because Best Buy did not honor the 4-year warrantee I bought. The pretended to repair it without actually doing so. On the 4th repair, when you are eligible for a replacement, they changed their tune and said the previous 3 were cleanings, not repairs. FUCK BEST BUY. Do not patronize them. Do not trust their warrantees. Do not take your items in for repair without a getting a receipt that says a repair attempt was actually done. Do not give me gift certificates to best buy.
